According to reports out of top Chinese mainstream news outlets, the RAND Corporation recently presented a shocking proposal to the Pentagon in which it lobbied for a war to be started with a major foreign power in an attempt to stimulate the American economy and prevent a recession.

A fierce debate has now ensued in China about who that foreign power may be, with China itself as well as Russia and even Japan suspected to be the targets of aggression.

The reports cite French media news sources as having uncovered the proposal, in which RAND suggested that the $700 billion dollars that has been earmarked to bailout Wall Street and failing banks instead be used to finance a new war which would in turn re-invigorate the flagging stock markets.

The RAND Corporation is a notoriously powerful NGO with deep ties to the U.S. military-industrial complex as well as interlocking connections with the Ford, Rockefeller, and Carnegie foundations.

Current directors of RAND include Frank Charles Carlucci III, former Defense Secretary and Deputy Director of the CIA, Ronald L. Olson, Council on Foreign Relations luminary and former Secretary of Labor, and Carl Bildt, top Bilderberg member and former Swedish Prime Minister.

Carlucci was chairman of the Carlyle Group from 1989-2005 and oversaw gargantuan profits the defense contractor made in the aftermath of 9/11 following the invasion of Afghanistan. The Carlyle Group has also received investment money from the Bin Laden family.

Reportedly, the RAND proposal brazenly urged that a new war could be launched to benefit the economy, but stressed that the target country would have to be a major influential power, and not a smaller country on the scale of Afghanistan or Iraq.

The reports have prompted a surge of public debate and tension in China about the possibility that a new global conflict is on the horizon.

China's biggest media outlet, Sohu.com, speculated that the target of the new war would probably be China or Russia, but that it could also be Iran or another middle eastern country. Japan was also mentioned as a potential target for the reason that Japan holds the most U.S. debt.

North Korea was considered as a target but ruled out because the scale of such a war would not be large enough for RAND's requirements.

The reported RAND proposal dovetails with recent comments made by Joe Biden, Colin Powell, Madeleine Albright and others, concerning the "guarantee" that Barack Obama will face a major "international crisis" soon after taking office.

It also arrives following a warning from Michael Bayer, chairman of a key Pentagon advisory panel, who echoed the statement that the next administration will face an international crisis within months of taking office.

One would hope that good people, or at least sane people who don't wish to start a global nuclear war, will oppose the RAND proposal, such as top the military generals who threatened to quit if Bush ordered an attack on Iran. Admiral William Fallon, the head of US Central Command, quit in March last year as a result of his opposition to Bush administration policy on Iran.

In almost all ways, the bill places the Treasury Secretary outside the law and above Congress and the American people.

On Thursday, White House Press Secretary Dana Perino said Bush "is trusting his team at the Treasury Department to design this program, and he believes they are doing it the right way," according to CNSNews. "I don't have details for you on it. So, we'll let them — we'll just trust our treasury secretary and those he's tasked with to implement the program." In other words, the bankers, not Congress or the American people, will implement the the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008.

ACLU: 2/3 of US population lives in "Constitution-free" zone

The Fourth Amendment to the Constitution contains a border-related exception to unreasonable search and seizure laws, permitting searches at border checkpoints that wouldn't be permitted elsewhere. But federal statute 8 CFR 287.1 (a)(1-3) defines the border zone for enforcement purposes as encompassing an area within 100 miles of the actual border, with the possibility of extending it further under certain circumstances.



This means that the US Border Patrol could conceivably set up random checkpoints asking travelers for a passport in places like Columbus, Ohio; Houston; or anywhere in the state of Florida. And, in fact, it appears that it has been doing exactly this.

Fed Judge Throws Out Berg’s Obama Case

A federal judge in Philadelphia last night threw out a complaint by a Montgomery County lawyer who claimed that Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama was not qualified to be president and that his name should be removed from the Nov. 4 ballot.

Philip J. Berg alleged in a complaint filed in federal district court on Aug. 21 against Obama, the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission, that Obama was born in Mombasa, Kenya.

Berg claimed that the Democratic presidential standardbearer is not even an American citizen but a citizen of Indonesia and therefore ineligible to be president.

He alleged that if Obama was permitted to run for president and subsequently found to be ineligible, he and other voters would be disenfranchised.

U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick had denied Berg's request for a temporary restraining order on Aug. 22 but had not ruled on the merits of the suit until yesterday.

Obama and the Democratic National Committee had asked Surrick to dismiss Berg's complaint in a court filing on Sept. 24.

They said that Berg's claims were "ridiculous" and "patently false," that Berg had "no standing" to challenge the qualifications of a candidate for president because he had not shown the requisite harm to himself.

John Stossel's politically incorrect guide to politics is a must see report.  It exemplifies exactly why Big Government (i.e. Big Brother) has all the power in the world to screw life up for us 'civilians', but Government has little if any power to make life better.  Using an example of people skating around an ice skating ring, do you want some fat cat in a suit standing in the middle of the ring bull horning the crowd and micro-managing their every move?  Or would you rather be left alone, so the group of ice skaters can make their own way, individually and at the same time in a group.  Which is called, 'Spontanious Order'.

I know there are 6 parts, so please at the very least watch the first segment.  Understanding why Spontanious Order is the superior of Big Government is really important.  After all, ideally Government is here to balance the budget and defend our land from foriegn invaders.  Other than that, spontanious order has served us well for generations.

An update from my earlier post discussing the lawsuit filed by Mr. Berg against Barack H. Obama and the DNC to produce proof that Obama is a natural born citizen.  As anybody that has been through court knows, you have 30 days to respond to a lawsuit filed against you.  If you do not respond within 30 days that is viewed as an admission of guilt to the charges in the lawsuit on the part of the defendant.  Also, what's the coincidence that neither Barack nor the DNC responded to this very serious lawsuit?  And these are the people that are vying to rule our country?  That's a joke. A really, really bad joke.  Don't just take my word for it, read for yourself just how bad of a joke it really is...

Obama challenging Senator Obama's lack of "qualifications" to serve as President of the United States, announced today that Obama and tbe DNC "ADMITTED", by way of failure to timely respond to Requests for Admissions, all of the numerous specific requests in the Federal lawsuit. Obama is "NOT QUALIFIED" to be President and therefore Obama must immediately withdraw his candidacy for President and the DNC shall substitute a qualified candidate. The case is Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083.

Berg stated that he filed Requests for Admissions on September 15, 2008 with a response by way of answer or objection had to be served within thirty [30] days. No response to the Requests for Admissions was served by way of response or objection. Thus, all of the Admissions directed to Obama and the DNC are deemed "ADMITTED." Therefore, Obama must immediately withdraw his candidacy for President.

Additionally, the website she quotes, "theMoneyMasters.com" has a video out called The Money Masters.  I just finished watching it and it is was so flawlessly done and informative on a level that really surprised me.  Everybody understands how important money is, yet so few understand WHAT money is.  Frankly, this blissful ignorance is a leading reason why the Federal Reserve has been able to put themselves in a position of such power.  Since they print and control our country's money supply, they literally care not for what laws we make with no compassion for the inferior people below their holier than thou status.

The plans to implement martial law in America have been taking shape for decades, hidden behind "Continuity of Government" contingency planning. Now, with public outcry over the banker bailout bill at fever pitch, all of the pieces are in place for the U.S. Army to start policing American citizens.

This has never been more relevant than right now.

During my late childhood and early teens I had been terrifyingly attacked by a dozen or so dogs over the course of only a few years. I mean on the ground, screaming and flailing around scared for my life attacks by dogs that were as big as I was. Since then I have managed to transform my former fear of being attacked and bitten by a dog(s) into more of a, "If you attack me I'm going to stab you to death and cut your jaw from your skull to get you off me if I have to no matter how injured I am" outlook. That, I believe is what provoked such a strong reaction from myself while watching this video.

Don't get me wrong, I love animals of all kinds, especially my Rat Terrier but I've been through way too much to take any B.S. from any "Alpha dogs".

I led in with the dog attack experiences because in the years following those, and thankfully with much less frequency I have been in situations where I've unexpectedly found myself and sometimes with my friends as well looking into the business end of some large caliber weapons and what do you do? You put your hands up. You submit, that's what you do because you're not prepared to deal with the situation.

So you see, I have experienced first hand that very unique fear that only comes from being targeted point blank by armed and hostile forces. I know I'm not the only one it's happened to, what I mean to say is that I can genuinely imagine what Suzanna went through.

Now, to the video. The authors of the U.S. Constitution knew exactly what they were doing when they specifically stated that the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. They had just went through 2 years of B.S. fighting the "Alpha dogs" of the British Army and were not going to let that happen again.

So please, watch the entire video because as sad as Suzanna's story is, the end of the video says so much with so very few words and is very relevant to where we, the people of the U.S. have found ourselves today. Looking into the business end of Police tasers yelling "Don't taze me Bro". On the business end of Police assault weapons, and soon to be BlackWater forces weapons, U.S. Military forces, and the very real possibility of foreign i.e. United Nations "Peace Keeping" forces.

My personal favorite moment in the tape is an off-camera exchange. Police in riot gear have surrounded loungers in a waterfront park. They announce, "Ladies and Gentlemen, You're Under Arrest" and you hear one young woman say incredulously "Are you serious?"

The video includes multiple angles of the event as well as an interview with the cameraman who buried his footage and was one of almost two hundred people arrested for rioting without probable cause.

More than eight hundred people were arrested in St. Paul during the Republican National Convention. This video shows that at least twenty percent of the eight hundred plus arrested were seized without due cause.

WMR has learned from knowledgeable Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) sources that the Bush administration is putting the final touches on a plan that would see martial law declared in the United States with various scenarios anticipated as triggers. The triggers include a continuing economic collapse with massive social unrest, bank closures resulting in violence against financial institutions, and another fraudulent presidential election that would result in rioting in major cities and campuses around the country.

In addition, Army Corps of Engineer sources report that the assignment of the 3rd Infantry Division's 1st Brigade Combat Team (BCT) to the Northern Command's U.S. Army North is to augment FEMA and federal law enforcement in the imposition of traffic controls, crowd control, curfews, enhanced border and port security, and neighborhood patrols in the event a national emergency being declared. The BCT was assigned to duties in Iraq before being assigned to the Northern Command.

On April 3, 2008, WMR reported on a highly-classified document regarding the martial law scenario: WMR has learned from knowledgeable sources within the US financial community that an alarming confidential and limited distribution document is circulating among senior members of Congress and their senior staff members that is warning of a bleak future for the United States if it does not quickly get its financial house in order. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is among those who have reportedly read the document. The document is being called the "C & R" document because it reportedly states that if the United States defaults on loans and debt underwriting from China, Japan, and Russia, all of which are propping up the United States government financially, and the United States unilaterally cancels the debts, America can expect a war that will have disastrous results for the United States and the world. "Conflict" is the "C word" in the document. The other scenario is that the federal government will be forced to drastically raise taxes in order to pay off debts to foreign countries to the point that the American people will react with a popular revolution against the government. "Revolution" is the document's "R word.

The 2-party system provides firm support for the elite to implement their agenda from the top down, whilst the ordinary people at the grassroots level squabble between themselves over which political party is the best. In reality, it doesn't matter which of the two parties you vote for because the same agenda will unfold regardless. Hence, both parties are controlled at the very top by the same force.

De facto Martial Law

The term 'de facto', by definition is anything "existing but not officially recognized or legally established". So when I come to you with a message of information that the United States is operating underneath de facto martial law, I'm not playing. I plead with you to allow me to help you recognize this fact so you can ready yourself and your loved ones so you are not caught off guard.
The Wall Street bailout bill was passed today because Representatives were threatened with National Martial Law in America if the bailout bill did not pass. That was revealed yesterday *(10-02-08)* by a Democratic Congressman live on C-SPAN in this 44 second clip:
So, as the former Secretary of the Treasury and "Father of Reaganomics", Dr. Paul Craig Roberts summed it up today on the Alex Jones show, the Executive Branch threatened America with National Martial Law if the bailout bill giving the Treasury Secretary Martial Law powers did not pass today. That is no laughing matter, and if you were to connect the dots of the future repercussions of these unprecedented actions in combination with the announcement in the Army Times that "3rd Infantry's 1st BCT trains for a new dwell-time mission. Helping 'people at home' may become a permanent part of the active Army". Now, I could try to go into detail why having battle hardened U.S. Military units rolling down the streets of America including your street "helping people at home" is alarming on the scale of 'DEFCON 01', but Mr. Michel Chussudovsky of Global Research has laid it out very well HERE.

What it boils down to is what are YOU going to do when National Martial Law is declared in the U.S.? With battle hardened U.S. Military on the streets enforcing Martial Law, disarming the private citizens and you are looking out the window dumbfound with a pocket full of worthless green "Federal Reserve Notes" and no weapons.

The day that we stop asking questions is the day that we allow the seeds of Despotism to grow at our doorsteps.

Bush had no plan to catch Bin Laden

"WASHINGTON - New evidence from former United States officials reveals that Osama bin Laden and other al-Qaeda leaders were able to skip Afghanistan for Pakistan unimpeded in the first weeks after September 11, 2001, as the George W Bush administration failed to plan to block their retreat.

Top administration officials instead gave priority to planning for war with Iraq, leaving the United States with not nearly enough troops or strategic airlift capacity to close the large number of possible exit routes through the Afghanistan-Pakistan border area where Bin Laden escaped in late 2001.

Because it had not been directed to plan for that contingency, the US military was also forced to turn down an offer from then Pakistani president Pervez Musharraf in late November 2001 to send 60,000 troops to intercept the al-Qaeda leaders."

'Hang 'Em': C-SPAN Caller Threatens Bush, Cheney

"If there was any true justice in this country, the people would drag them [Bush and Cheney] out of the White House, take 'em to the Capitol Mall, and hang 'em by the neck until they are dead, dead, dead."

Not that I condone or condemn the callers' personal view(s), but it could be argued that since the caller began his statement with *the condition of "IF"*, and since it is not unreasonable that the major consensus in this country is that unfortunately, true justice in this country has gone the way of the Dodo bird, it can be said that this is NOT a direct threat to the President or the V.P. But... that is most likely going to be up to the SS.
